Job Description
The principal reports to the school’s Board of Directors, the functions include but are not limited to the following:

A. Manage the school’s day-to-day operations including its budget.
B. Assist the Board to recruit, develop the faculty, and maintain the
quality of teaching
C. Develop school’s curriculum and extra-curriculum programs.
D. Maintain students’ disciple and promote their well-being.
E. Partner with parents to enhance the school’s educational outcome.
F. Plan for the school’s long term development.
G. Develop net-works with government and community organizations.

Qualifications
Applicants should have the following qualifications:

A  Bachelor degree or its equivalent (required)
B. Teaching experience in K-12 education, or
C. Experiences serving as a member of the governing board or an
administrator for K-12 education
D. Strong background in Chinese language and culture
E. Supervisory and/or managerial experiences

                 The compensation for the position is subject to discussion.
