Pittsburgh Chinatown 匹兹堡中国城商业网论坛--If the chart showed something like this and comprised

If the chart showed something like this and comprised all/most of the active RuneScape playerbase, we'd be able to conclude not a lot of fresh RuneScape players are getting into RuneScape since you need to go through levels 1 to 2 98 for to 99. Which means everyone in OSRS and content tailored to par 99's are enjoying exclusively. RS3's curve isn't this exaggerated but the majority of the content coming out for that game acknowledges this sort of distribution.

The other element is that the relative difficulty of having to 99. Playing efficiently it requires N hours to degree strength to 99 which means that you may safely assume that all the RuneScape players above 99 have spent N hours training battle. If N is large which means a large section of the RuneScape players have played RuneScape a whole lot, and you'll be able to compare this number to the number of RuneScape players with low stats to make a judgment about the number of RuneScape players that the low-level (state under 50) content is actually catering to. But it's not ideal because people don't train stats at the exact same rate and some RuneScape players do not train combat at all. RS3 solves this problem by making getting to 99 simpler so that even if you are new you do not have to play RuneScape for 20 years to be in an even playing field with people who've been enjoying RuneScape for 20 years.

I know that exists. However, why would jagex not implement another money sink into RuneScape that's a QOL at every aspect? There are already plenty other machines such as the board manufacturer, auto disassembler and auto alcher that requires it's place and the NPC is useless as is. Would not hurt the market at all? If folks wish to create profit off unf potions, go use this machine, if people want unf potions fast and are eager to devote the gp, then go to the NPC. We have a little market in invention for this, which is as much of a money sink with celestial charges.

It's a celestial charge sink, not a money sink. There's no money being removed from RuneScape. Divine charges cost cash. Or they take time to create which you might have spent making money. It will not take money directly, but it does have a charge to maintain running. Divine prices are arguably a time sink one way or another, since someone has to spend some time making them and they operate out after a time period. But you're right they're not a cash sink, because while they do price, by buy or opportunity cost, they do not remove any money from circulation.
