    Exercise plan for diabetics It is to be noted that exercise when in diabetic condition should be minimized to moderation to suit the type of diabetic level. If you have low blood sugar level (below 100mg/dl) or high insulin secretion eventually causing to lower blood sugar, exercise workouts may be curtained. If at all you are exercising, it should not be a body building exercise but can be limited to planning with cardio exercise workouts.

    When and how long to exercise? It is not wise to go too far out in exercise time duration. Nor should it be too short to the need of the diabetic body condition. However, it is best suggested that a diabetic plans his exercising time duration for about 20 to 30 minutes. Don't go for exercise just after meals. One hour before or after meals is best suited to spare your time for exercise. With high sugar level, the exercise may be a bit vigorous to lower blood sugar levels. Be sure, it should be mild with low blood sugar to fight and manage diabetes.
