MapleStory: Nexon Employees Need Far More Training

It's always been a joke over the community which the GMs who run this match don't have any clue what's actually happening or provide false information due to not knowing what they are doing, but in all honesty, this is an issue that has to be fixed as soon as possible. As a result of this absence of information, when a new public hacking trainer is launch and also a surge of gamers start botting and macroing and FMAing, certainly nothing has been done for them for a very long time. This causes irreparable damage to the servers they influence, while the majority of MS Mesos could be avoided if two objects were to change:Educate GMs about the match and the neighborhood, and alter the EXTREMELY lenient ban rules to ensure hackers are appropriately penalized for breaking ToS.

Let us start the first of those two points using a story I have of a recent experience with online GMs. To strike up a conversation, I started speaking about Kraane and Daxi, the very first level 250 gamers on Reboot who was able to get there in an insane amount of time - around three months after the launch of this server. And to my complete dismay, the GM which was supposed to take good care of our server said "I've absolutely no idea who these folks are".

This tells me something tremendously important right from the top - GMs have never looked at the servers' rankings for the servers they are sent to watch out. By proxy, this suggests that they don't have any clue how to inspect the Dojo ranking boards in sport, or how to confirm the Tower of Oz ranking boards. Any participant that goes on any machine is readily able to tell which players are hackers and which ones are not by simply glancing over the rankings on these boards... because there is no way in hell that the 'finest' classes in the sport are far Blaze Wizards and Kinesis and that they can clear Dojo faster than the most powerful player in most of GMS can. That is legitimately hopeless, but GMs would not know that cheapest Maplestory Mesos.

Just how are we expected to trust folks to have the ability to pinpoint and discover a hacker if they don't know ANYTHING about the server they are supposed to be keeping watch of? How can I literally walk up to some GM and attempt to mention that the most powerful players in the whole host, the server they are supposed to understand enough to have the ability to manage and safeguard from hackers and they are not able of using a tool that ANYONE CAN USE AT ANY TIME? There's a serious lack of knowledge and information given to the people running our sport that simply allows people to misuse the system more and more to their own gain, and certainly nothing happens about it.

For instance, because the very start of Reboot, the position 1 place at Dojo has always been held by either a Blaze Wizard or Kinesis hacker. The very best player in all of Reboot at one stage was a Kinesis hacker named whyGH15, and despite dozens upon dozens of live chats and tickets placed against him he wasn't banned. And now on the top ranks of our host, we permanently have hackers that have quit the sport which were not caught and banned. Tower of Oz is obviously cleared by at least one hacker who intentionally uses those hacks to have times that are impossible to the strongest players on the game, and nothing is done about them.
