    Hello, I am the Curriculum Coordinator at The A.W. Beattie Career Center in McCandless. I wanted to let you know that we will be offering classes in Mandarin Chinese Starting this fall (September 4th). High School Students from the following School Districts can enroll for free: Avonworth, Deer Lakes, Fox Chapel, Hampton, North Allegheny, North Hills, North Gate, Pine-Richland, and Shaler. Instruction is being provided by Dr. Yancheng Zhang from Wuhan University, through the Confucius Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. A.W. Beattie Career Center is very proud to have such a distinguished scholar and to be able to offer this very important program.
