► Asian Cuisine Cooks

Candidates must possess a sound knowledge of Chinese cuisines with a basic knowledge of other Asian cuisines, especially Thai and Vietnamese

► Entry-Level Cooks

Who have a desire to learn and specialize in Asian Cuisine; training will be provided

► Sushi Cooks

Experienced in all areas of sushi fabrication
